1. WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is a payment service that allows us to offer customers the option to shop now and pay later. It is similar to layaway but for ecommerce. When you make your purchase, you put a percentage down and then have time to pay the rest of your total bill. With Afterpay, they break up the payments into 4 equal installments made every two weeks with no interest, applied.
2. HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?
Shop on gehati.com and checkout as normal. Fill in all information required to complete checkout and then choose the payment option that says Afterpay. It will then redirect you to their website and get your payment information. It will show you the breakdown of your four equal payments including shipping and tax fees. If you have used Afterpay before, simply log into your account. Then complete your order! Simple and easy--just as we like it! Please note, the value of your shopping cart must be between $35-$1,000, to be eligible to use Afterpay as your payment method.
3. WHERE CAN I USE AFTERPAY?
Afterpay can only be used on purchases made on www.gehati.com.
4. HOW DOES PAYMENT SCHEDULING WORK FOR AFTERPAY?
Afterpay customers have to make their first payment at the time of purchase. That will be considered 1 out of 4 payments completed! The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every two weeks from your selected payment method.You can log into your Afterpay account anytime to keep track of your scheduled payments and/or make any early payments before it comes due.
5. WHAT IF I AM LATE ON AN AFTERPAY INSTALLMENT?
An $8 late payment fee will be charged if the funds are not available at the time of the automated withdrawl from selected form of payment. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please see terms here.
6. IF I USE AFTERPAY, WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?
Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping timeframes like any other order.
7. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH AFTERPAY?
Afterpay returns are the same as our standard return policy. Refunds for Afterpay will be refunded from gehati.com to Afterpay. We CANNOT provide an exchange or cash refund.
