All products are handpour-to-order. Therefore, allow us 2-3 business days for preparation, upon delivery. If you should need your order sooner, contact us so we can do our best to accommodate. Changes and cancellations must be made within 12 hours after placing order. 


GEHATI accepts all major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX). All prices are displayed in US dollars.

Payment method is designed to charge your credit card after verification of your credit card details, confirmation of product availability, preparation of your order to be shipped and shipping verification. 

We charge Georgia residents sales tax, which is applied at checkout.


All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Lighter weight packages (typically 1-3 sprays) can be shipped via First Class--which takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Any packages over 13oz is shipped Priority Mail--which takes 1-3 business days. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as shipments leave our studio. If you need your order expedited, please choose that method. There will be a 1-2 day processing time before shipped. 


We send international packages via USPS First Class International Mail. This does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive from the shipment date. 

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY OR CUSTOM CHARGES ASSESSED AT THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. THIS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Most packages go through without any extra charges being applied. Please make sure that you understand the laws and regulations of your country's custom and duty policies. In addition, please note that if you are charged, they are not extra shipping charges on our behalf. Most importantly, please understand that once your package leaves the United States, we do not have any control over it. We will not be able to tell you an specifics on the delivery of your package once it leaves American soil.


The United Kingdom requires citizens to remit a VAT (taxes) on goods purchased outside the country. This is a tax retained and associated with your country's government, not our shop. We DO NOT charge you tax. We solely charge for the item(s) and shipping. However, this does not account for additional custom fees or taxes imposed by the UK government to acquire your package. It is illegal for us to pay these fees for you. We want to inform you before purchasing from our shop the possibilities of what can take place with your package. If you are not prepared to remit payment on your package, please do not purchase. If you choose to have the package returned rather than remitting payment to the UK postal office, you will receive a 50% refund minus shipping cost for labor. Please understand this is completely out of our control. You can calculate the VAT fee, here. Use HS Code 3406.00 for candles. 

WE DO NOT SHIP to the following countries for political reasons that make it illegal for U.S. to sell goods: North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, Sudan and Syria...

All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they leave our studio. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We will replace or refund products damaged through shipment with photographic proof within 7 days of delivery. 

If you do not like your purchase, you may send it back within 7 days of delivery. The products must be in original packaging and unused to receive refund. There will be an 8% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we will NOT be responsible for refunding shipping charges or shipping the item back to us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send item(s) to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If the item is used or defected, we will not be able to refund the purchase. Please make sure you ship the item(s) back tightly wrapped, the way you received it. Once approved, your refund will be processed. Any refund with PayPal will automatically be issued to your paypal account. Direct Checkout refunds are processed through the banks and can take 5-10 business days, depending upon your bank/card issuer.
