ORDER

All jewelry is handmade-to-order. Therefore, allow us 1-2 weeks for preparation and delivery. If you should need your order sooner, than 1-2 weeks, contact us so we can discuss a solution, store@gehati.com...

PAYMENT

GEHATI accepts all major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX). All prices are displayed in US dollars.

Payment method is designed to charge your credit card after verification of your credit card details, confirmation of product availability, preparation of your order to be shipped and shipping verification. Your credit card is not charged at the time you submit your order. Please allow 48 hours to receive a final confirmation email. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Our jewelry is made to order. We try to ship out orders between 3 to 5 business days after purchase. However, the official turnaround is 1 to 2 weeks after your order is placed. Backordered times are 3-4 weeks. We will mark your items as shipped once it is mailed. You can check the status of your order by going to the mail carrier website. We ship to the address mentioned on the Gehati receipt. Please double-check to verify that the shipping address provided on Gehati is correct. We DO NOT take responsibility for packages being sent to outdated or incorrect addresses.

METHOD OF SHIPPING

All U.S. packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class, including tracking number. Delivery time is typically 3-5 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Our shipping cost is a flat rate based on the standard weight of packages. This is calculated at checkout. If you would like your item shipped faster, Priority Mail is available for an extra fee. Please email us PRIOR TO PURCHASING so we can adjust the shipping fees accordingly (store@gehati.com). Priority ships within 2-3 business days and will be $7.95 for most purchases, including delivery confirmation (tracking). With your delivery confirmation, you have the ability to track your package at any time. All you have to do is visit www.usps.com and put your number in the tracking box. It's simple and easy :)

CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we ship internationally via USPS First Class International shipping. Please note there is no tracking number or insurance of any kind with this method of shipping. We will ship your package to the address you've provided through Gehati. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY OR CUSTOM CHARGES ASSESSED AT THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. THIS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Most importantly, please understand that once your package leaves the United States, we do not have any control over it. Furthermore, we are not liable for loss, theft or non-delivery and will not issue refunds for these situations. We will not be able to tell you an specifics on the delivery of your package once it leaves American soil.

All international shipments require a Customs Declaration Form. Please be aware that some countries can prohibit the shipping of jewelry. So, we declare the contents of your package as being "costume jewelry" and will list the value of your item(s),as well. Hopefully, this will avoid the possibility of your shipment being held up in Customs.

The delivery time on international shipping is 10-25 business days. (Hopefully, sooner than later)...

WE DO NOT SHIP to the following countries for political reasons that make it illegal for U.S. to sell goods: North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, Sudan and Syria...

{Lost/ Stolen/ Undelivered Shipments}

We are not responsible for USPS delivery failures. It is NOT a reflection on our professionalism or level of dedication to our customers.

You do have an option to purchase insurance for a small fee on your package, as it does NOT come with one. Please email us before final checkout, so we can add it to your overall total. Take not of the following information:

*GEHATI is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you do not insure your package, then the responsibility is yours.

* We cannot reship items that were undelivered, lost or stolen without proof of insurance.

PACKAGING NOTES

Due to the delicacy of our products, every item is tightly wrapped in bubble. It comes in our beautiful burlap drawstring bags with black satin ribbon and custom "GEHATI" hang tags.
